Hydroarmor Systems Service Warranty Provides free labor and free material for the area(s) contracted for:
- Thirty (30) years against water penetration and/or continued or further structural damage. (: Exterior Systems and Structural Work :)
- The entire period of time in which the customer holds title to the property against water penetration. (: Interior Water Management Systems :)
- Warrant is transferable to the new owner upon sale of the property. The original owner must request authorization for transfer of warranty upon selling the house, otherwise warranty is not applicable after sale.
Area(s) protected by the warranty
Only areas worked on in the contract and deemed as workmanship issues. All installed equipment are warranted by the manufacturer warrant, see below.
- This warranty does not pertain to dampness caused by conditions that we cannot control including, but not limited to, humidity, condensation, leaky pipes, etc.
- If all sub-soil walls are not serviced, only the serviced wall(s) will be warranted.
- Contractor shall not be responsible to service any seepage through a dirt and/or sub-quality masonry floor.
- With stone, terracotta, brick and/or solid-filled cinder/concrete block foundations, Contractor shall not be responsible to service any seepage through the wall(s) or wall mortar unless such walls have been rough-casted, glass-boarded or sealed from the outside by Hydroarmor Systems.
- Customer's failure to supply electrical outlet(s) to operate sump pump(s) shall render this warranty null and void until such action is taken.
LIMITED WARRANTY
- Submersible pump(s) carry the limited warranty of one (5) years
- Humidity-control devices carry the limited warranty of one (1) year.
SERVICE POLICY
- The warranty will take effect after the contracted service is completed. Customer recognizes that request for service or transfer of warranty shall not be provided or approved until all monies due contractor are paid in full.
- The conditions and the construction materials of the foundation walls and floor may, at times, require additional repair and/or reinforcement. In this event, it will be the owner's obligation to provide access to the walls and/or floor by removing stored materials, paneling/drywall or other obstructions. This will only be required when Contractor deems it necessary in order to solve the problem.

- Full name, address and copy of the contract or warranty page
- Description with Photos and/or videos of the affected areas
Once we receive all information, we will schedule an appointment at our earliest available time.
