FINALLY my basement was done correctly! The company who supposedly remediated the mold and installed a french drain system obviously had no clue WTH they were doing. When HydroArmor opened the floor up to begin work on the system, there were no pipes to lead the water out of the basement. Where was the water going you ask? Under my house, in the air, creating MORE MOLD :-( I initially spent $25K+ to fix water intrusion issues and black mold in my basement (gifts left behind by the former owners of my house which I purchased 2 years ago). Fast forward to now, because the company I hired back in Sept. of 2016 did not do the job right, it caused my foundation to bow. Not only that, it has caused me MAJOR health issues. I have tested positive for "aspergillus niger" which leads to invasive pulmonary aspergillosis. All I have to say is BUYER BEWARE, there are contractors out there that will take advantage of you, target you because of your particular situation (I am a widow with a disabled son). Be sure that the person you hire is qualified to do the job and provides a written warranty. Thanks to HydroArmor I can now rest easy knowing that my house is not only safe to breath the air but secure as well (by that I mean my foundation was SO BAD because this other company did not do the job right, HydroArmor had to reinforce it with steel beams!) I'm living proof what happens when you DON'T hire the right person (XYZ Co.) and now when you do (HydroArmor). Now I can confidently sell my home thanks to Dan O'Connor and HydroArmor...this is the company you want to hire to waterproof your basement! <<less Are your customers

 I did not write a review right away because I wanted to see the results. It has been just about 1 year since we got our French drain and sum-pump put in by Hydroarmor. Hydro Armor is a top notch basement water proof company who took care of the project from soup-to-nuts always keeping the customer in mind. Tony, the salesman, was not pushy at all and was very educational and knowledgeable about the service and ensured my wife and I understood the geology/physics behind upgrading our floating floor water proofing system. The bid was within a few hundred dollars of other bids. They were quick to begin the project and sent a team of highly experienced water proofers who executed the project in a very clean and efficient manner. I had my crawl space dug out and had basement waterproofing done. I am very pleased with the work that was done. Before the waterproofing was done the basement had a damp smell, after the work was done that was completely gone. They were very accommodating and were very responsive.
